At NicheCanvas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new wall art isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the artwork in its original protective packaging and sturdy cardboard box to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
